Training Materials: Spiral-bound reference manual for each participant.

Methodology: Interactive, using a variety of training tools, including small group discussions and exercises. The session will include simulations of real-life situations, and tips for working effectively in a multi-generational staff. A panel discussion involving employees from several generations may be facilitated in order to gain first-hand information on differing work issues and to strategize about how we can work together so the work environment is productive and comfortable for everyone.
