"MOTIV-8 Your Team to Great Service"


Here's how for managers:
Your front-line staff can attend all the customer service training sessions in the world, but unless the manager is prepared to motivate and coach them before, during and after, there may be very little impact on their performance in the workplace. This program gives you the eight steps to being a great leader, motivating employees to be the best they can be.

  7. Evaluate the Team
  8. Reward the Team
The experience is fun and interactive, using a variety of brainstorming and team exercises, small group discussions and individual action planning. Participants will form teams of their own to discover the eight steps. For each step, participants will hear it, understand it, try it and then live it by developing their own take-away game plans of how they personally will transfer the eight steps to their jobs.

Team members are guaranteed to be energized by the experience, come away with a new way of thinking about managing, and be armed with ready-to-use tools to motivate their employees to greater success. If this program is combined with front-line training, managers understand and can reinforce the concepts their employees learn in the front-line training, and then can use these eight steps to motivate them to put their new skills to work on the job.
