Bridging the Communications Gap Among Cultures

Overview: World Bridge is an interactive cross-cultural training program which will help you avoid the cultural faux pas that could mean the end to lucrative international business. World Bridge is designed to raise awareness of cross-cultural challenges which may arise with international clients and builds communication skills and business strategies necessary for smooth interaction with our important partners from around the world. Training Materials: A 40-page manual packed with reference material and tips for working successfully with international clients. Includes two-page summaries of business and social customs of nine major cultures.

Methodology: Very interactive, building on the experiences of the participants. Humorous video scenarios illustrate key cultural issues and serve as catalysts for discussion. Various exercises reinforce newly learned skills and group discussions allow participants to share strategies.
